CEDAR RAPIDS, IA-- The series was in the favor of the Blue Team, two games to one, in the best-of-five series. The Black Team struck first with a 2 RBI single by Brandon Brittain  in the first inning. The Blue Team responded immediately with a three run bottom of the first inning with RBI's by Hayden Sloane and Luke Hassman. The Blue Team never looked back from here winning 5-3 and clinching the series three games to one. They are rewarded with bragging rights until the 2015 Fall World Series.

Emanuel Castellano recieved his second win of the series with a lights out performance. He gave up two runs on six hits in six and two thirds. Adam Marra gave up no runs while giving up no hits and recieved the save. Hayden Sloane went two for three and drove in three runs.

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA-- Game 1 went in the favor of the Blue Team (2-1) but the Black Team tied the series 1-1 after they defeated the Blue Team (6-5) on Friday. Game 3 was won by the Blue Team (6-5) after coming back twice and holding off a seventh inning rally. Jay Campbell and Nick Drahozal pitched for the Blue Team, helping them take the series lead. Luke Hassman, Tyler Butz and Randy Perez all had big days offensively, helping Blue go into Tuesday's game up 2-1. Assistant Coach Cole Gross commented on the game, "These guys just compete. I'm proud to say I have coached them and their hard work is paying off. They still have to remember we have a big game tomorrow though."

After being down 2-0, Coach Gross showed up to the park and the Blue Team scored two runs on four hits in the bottom of the second inning to tie the game. The Black Team responded with a run in the third taking the lead 3-2. The Blue Team then scored two in the fourth and two in the fifth bringing the score to 6-3 in Blue's favor. The Black Team made a push in the sixth, scoring a pair of runs, going into the seventh inning down 6-5. However, the Blue Team held onto the lead with a game ending double play.

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA-- After being down 4-0, the Black Team scored six runs on five hits in the bottom of the fifth inning and held the lead after a late rally by the Blue Team. Game 1 went in the favor of the Blue Team (2-1) but the Black Team tied the series 1-1 after they defeated the Blue Team (6-5) on Friday afternoon. Dariel Checo of the Black team went the distance as he pitched seven innings giving up five runs on 10 hits while striking out five and walking none.

Blue scored first with Luke Hassman's RBI double plating Hayden Sloane in the second inning. Blue extended their lead to 4-0 in the fourth inning. Tyler Butz scored Sloane with an RBI triple. Hassman then scored Butz with a sacrifice fly bringing the lead to 3-0. Jared Nimrick scored the final run of the inning after a fielder's choice by Ryan Belk. In the bootom of the fifth, Adam Barbarich's bases loaded RBI single bought across Nick Bruno bringing the score to 4-1. Brandon Brittain then had a 2 RBI single plating Eric Willis and Zach Patterson. The final blow came from Inoel Nunez after a 2 RBI single scoring Barbarich and Brittain. The Blue Team rallied in the sixth inning after Noah Dostal drove in Tyler Butz, bringing the score to 6-5 but it wasn't enough as Dariel Checo got Randy Perez to pop out to end the game.
