Head baseball coach Tim Evans and his coaching staff are pleased to announce the signing of four players. These players have committed to play for the Eagles starting in the fall of 2012 and all hail from the state of Iowa.

The Kirkwood baseball coaching staff will be offering an "All Skills Youth Baseball Camp" on Saturday, January 28 from 9am-12pm for ages 8-13; check-in will start at 8:30am. The camp will take place at the Michael J. Gould Kirkwood Recreation Center, located on the northwest side of the main campus.

The Kirkwood baseball team wrapped up a stellar semester in the classroom. They finished the semester with a team grade point average of a 3.323. 19 of the 23 players on the roster finished the term above a 3.0 grade point average. Of those 19 players above a 3.0 GPA, 10 players finished with a GPA over a 3.5. Daily study tables as well as academic progress reports helped the baseball team achieve the team GPA above a 3.0 this fall.
