Kirkwood took down two top-10 Division III opponents last week after beating 9th-ranked Owens 60-40 and 4thrankedJoliet 85-56. Ju Gaston averaged 14 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists over the two games. She notched a new career-high at Joliet when she scored 17 points, including seven free throws made.  In a balanced Kirkwood offense, Gaston is scoring 7.5 points per game and averaging 2.8 assists this year.
