Blake Brinkmeyer named ICCAC Athlete of the Week

The Kirkwood forward Blake Brinkmeyer was scorching hot from the floor this week. The sophomore averaged 18 points per game on 67% shooting from the floor and 80% from the free-throw line. Brinkmeyer was able to add 7.5 rebounds per game and three blocks per game to the stat line as well. He has shown he has an eye for blocking that ball as he sits third in the conference with 1.7 blocks per game. The Eagles have two games this week to extend their prolonged, five-game winning streak
