2025 Kirkwood Hall of Fame Class Honored

Cedar Rapids, IA- The 2025 Kirkwood Hall of Fame Class was honored this past weekened with the annual banquet at the Kirkwood Hotel and inbetween the Kirkwood men's and women's basketball games against NIACC inside of Johnson Hall on Saturday. 

The Class of 2025 was headlined by three deserving receipients who reminded us all through their speeches at the banquet why they are so deserving of the distinguishment of the Kirkwood Hall of Fame. TJ Redding (Golf), Jenny (Sandvold) Nelson (Women's Basketball- Posthumous), and Megan (Wittenburg) Buchholz (Volleyball) were all given their glass eagle awards after each reminded us of their favorite memories and experiences while at Kirkwood. TJ, an indiviudal national champion, Megan, a national champion, and Jenny, women's basketball first 1st Team All-American, are truly the epitome of what it means to be an Eagle.

They were honored inbetween basketball games on Saturday and given their plaques that will hang in Johnson Hall so they are always remembered for what they did during their time here at Kirkwood. This marked the 3rd class of the Kirkwood Hall of Fame.
